Basics

Who should attend Insta-Inspire? Insta-Inspire is open to photographers of all levels - whether you just picked up a camera or identify as a seasoned pro. No technical expertise is required. If you are on the beginner side of the spectrum, please reach out to others for questions or clarifications - we are gathering together to grown and learn!

What should I bring? You and your camera! We will host editing sessions, so a laptop would be helpful to bring along if you wish to participate. Comfortable attire and shoes work best for outdoor shoot alongs.

I don't know anyone going. Will that be ok? Of course! Our goal is to interact with people who love the same thing you do. If you don't have a friend to bring with you, you will surely leave with a few more. 

Are children welcome? We love kids! That being said, our attention will be focused on the activities and engaging with our photographers. If you have a nursing child who needs mom, we'd love to have her tag along. But otherwise, bigger littles may be best left at home or exploring the city with someone else while you get your photography on.


Food & Fly

What meals are included? A light breakfast and coffee will be available on Saturday and Sunday, as well as a complimentary cocktail for Friday's Welcome Reception. An optional rooftop lunch with our instructors on Saturday afternoon is available for an additional $20. 

What airport should I fly into? You should book your flight into the Charleston International Airport. From the airport, it is a 13 mile ride to the  our host hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn Charleston Waterfront/Downtown at 45 Lockwood Drive. Registration

When can I register? Early Bird registration will open on Saturday, September 8th, 2018 at Noon Eastern/11am Central. General registration begins October 9th, 2018.

Will the event sell out? To create a close, interactive weekend with your favorite photographers, we sell a limited number of registrations. Sell out is possible, so we suggest registering as soon as possible.  

I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund? Refunds are not available for any reason. Registration may be transferred to another party with schedule selection intact. Transfer of funds must be handled independently; it is not the responsibility of Insta-Inspire to handle the transaction. Please contact us with any questions.
